Add 3mm fields for cutting in printing file. Take into consideration the cutting diameter while preparing the file for milling.
scale 1:1, image resolution (dot per inch):
photo-quality and interior works - 100-300DPI
posters smaller than 3x4m - 56DPI
posters bigger than 3x4m - 28DPI
posters bigger than 5x12m - 16DPI
* there is no point of making large resolution, because files
will be reduced to these parameters before printing anyway.
CMYK color mode
ICC profile for Photoshop: SWOP Coated, Medium black generation, dot gain 20%
* embedded profiles will be ignored while printing
Corporate or special colours
are agreed separately according to CMYK interpretation in palette
PANTONE color bridge CMYK PC
use the same palette with the same name in Photoshop
